Changes, alterations and cancellations, must be emailed by the person who made the reservation. If cancelled inside of 60 days of arrival the full amount paid is non refundable unless we can rebook the property for your dates. You will be credited for the full amount to book an alternate date, if your cancellation or change is due to COVID lock down or border closures.
