“My family and I, and the friends we had with us, thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Traveling with kids can be challenging, but Ranui’s house was perfect for the kids and adults! As there was always something for them to do. The pool was great with an amazing view, the garden was full of butterflies and frogs, and the outdoor bath was a particularly great feature. The location is quiet and away from any other people so you can experience the serenity without interruption. Town is only a short drive and plenty of wineries and other stops along the way. Other highlights included – watching the kangaroos at sunset from the cottage balcony with a wine, a couple of little herb patches around the property to forage flavour to our food, some nice bird watching, big walk in showers in every bathroom, and a huge outdoor table for our summery al fresco meals. I highly recommend a stay at Riverlea Retreat for your holiday! We had a wonderful time.”
